Festival Chorale Oregon retakes the Elsinore stage to present the Northwest premiere of Robert Cohen’s Alzheimer’s Stories!
A poignant yet inspiring work based on the personal stories of family and friends of those living with the disease, Alzheimer’s Stories will move you with its honest moments of sadness and humor. Soloists Hannah Penn and Zachary Lenox will join the chorale and an ensemble of string, brass, and percussion instruments.
Building on Alzheimer’s Stories’ final message of hope and the power of music, the second half of the performance will include a collection of smaller, moving choral pieces featuring violinist Caius Oprea.
A portion of each ticket sold will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association Oregon & SW Washington Chapter.
